Critical Reflection

For the start of the module, my goal for this module is to break out of my comfort zone and improve myself as a better person in overall and able to communicate well with people regardless of them being stranger or not. I was inspired by Professor Brad on his speech during his module introduction during our SIT exemption talk when he emphasis on communication skills. It is a blessing that I can go through this module with his guidance which allows me to appreciate and improve on my communication skills, report writing and presentation. Professor Brad have tried to bring all of us out of our comfort zone by making the students to read the slides out loud in the small class. As we get more comfortable reading out in a small class, this slowly brings us more confidence in our presentation. Doi: https://doi.org/10.2991/icmesd-19.2019.7 .  This article introduce on how membership system will have an impact on the customer’s loyalty and it discusses on how membership system had been one of the most productive sale promotion approach in the past two decade. The article stated that membership system are regarded as one of the most familiar and competent methods to allow a company to achieve a high rates of customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is defined as how a customer defined as how a customer will continue to buy the goods and services from one company for a long period of time. Based on a business study, the article also reported that when a customer loyalty increases by 25%, the corporate profit increases by about 25% - 85%.
